Tracsis (TRCS, 51.5p, £9.99m) Final results to July 2009 saw turnover of £2.31m (£0.85m), boosted by £1.38m from RWA Rail Limited that contributed for the full year. Pre-tax profits rose to £0.73m (£0.39m) with 2.69p (2.47p) EPS. The group ended the period with a NAV of £3.9m including net cash of £2.99m. Post the year end the group delivered the first long term license sale of its new optimisation product, ‘TRACS Roster’, which has a potentially international market with rail and bus operators. Tracsis expects to report further license sales in the near future. The group also signed several new rail operators for its TrainTracs scheduling product. Since the year end the group has already announced the acquisition of Peeping Limited (a market survey company aimed at rail) and will seek further expansion opportunities. No brokers forecasts are available - but a move to the £1.3m would give 4.7p EPS putting the group on 11x prospective PER. We move the group from a Speculative Buy to a BUY with a 61p price target.

Tracsis completes aquisition of Peeping Ltd.
Tracsis is very pleased to announce the acquisition of Peeping Ltd. This expands our product offering into the area of passenger surveys, and brings to the team around 100 experienced surveyors, who have a considerable knowledge of the rail industry and how it operates. Additional services that we provide now includes:
• Footfall station utilisation counts by timeband
• Counts of number of passengers joining and leaving trains
• Counts of number of passengers on a train on departure from a station
• Counts of passengers in connection with the installation of automatic ticket barriers
• On-train surveys, monitoring number of passengers throughout the journey
• Timing of trains and dwell times
